Metis Settlements Development Corporation (MSDC) and Carvel Electric Ltd. are proud to announce a new partnership.

Carvel Electric is a Métis-owned electrical contractor serving clients across Alberta's energy, industrial, and commercial sectors. Carvel has built a strong reputation for quality work, reliability, and the relationships it holds with owners, developers, and general contractors throughout the province.

Through this partnership, MSDC and Carvel will work together to identify and pursue electrical and construction opportunities, combining MSDC's network and reach with Carvel's contracting expertise to bring Métis-owned businesses to the table earlier and more often.

"I'm excited to partner with Jordan and the Carvel team. This is two Métis-owned companies choosing to grow together, and I think we'll do real things across Alberta," - Kyle Wilson, Interim CEO of Metis Settlements Development Corporation.

"I am honored to work alongside MSDC to create opportunities for Métis Settlement businesses and citizens. By working together, we can support employment, strengthen Settlement businesses, and create opportunities that have a lasting impact within Métis Settlement communities. The Carvel team and I look forward to what we can accomplish together," - Jordan Jolicoeur, President and CEO of Carvel Electric Ltd.
